Work with Optimization team to interpret brief from Product and Marketing team and input on optimization tactics for campaign to meet the strategy and business goals
Set up campaign on platforms, ensure targets, data and creative is uploaded and objective/budget set correctly to achieve the objectives and KPIs
Work with Optimization team to ensure high optimization quality and performance towards objectives.
Proactively try to find new and innovative solutions for campaigns and bring ideas to the Optimization team.
Collaborate with team to contribute to analysis, insight and next steps in all reporting.
Develop the Digital communication strategy to creatively reach and communicate with the consumers via all integrated online, social network, mobile, and other interactive channels
Deliver multiple projects from concept to completion
Outstanding teamwork and collaboration not only within internal team but also with other teams such as Marketing, Product, IT.

1-5 years’ experience in ads optimization field with strong technical knowledge.
Experience running paid media campaign on Facebook, Google Display, Google Search, Youtube. Other display media channels (e.g. Apple Search Ads, Unity Ads, Twitter, TikTok, Other DSPs) are favorable.
Experience with ads optimization for a wide range of objectives ranging from awareness through to conversion.
Experience with technical tracking, (using UTM, FB pixel, Google analytics, Appflyer, Adjust, Firebase, SDK implementation etc.) is favorable.
Analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to contribute in collaboration with teams to deliver data-driven recommendations.
Strong Creativity, Self motivated, Result-oriented, dynamic, initiative with good analytical skill.
Well-understand online marketing concept, mobile, and social network.
Well-organized, punctual, good service mind and pleasant personality.
Manage multitasking and work well under pressure and tight timeline.
Good command Thai and English.
Passionate about new emerging technologies and willingness to learn.
