The Company was founded in Thailand on September 20, 2001, and later listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand on May 17, 2007, under its former name, Asiasoft Corporation Public Company Limited, a game publisher in Southeast Asia. Presently, it has realigned its business strategy to focus on becoming a digital technology company. The business is structured into four main groups: the online games business group, the Blockchain and Innovation Technologies business group, the Marketing Technologies business group, and the venture capital business group.
