“Gamers Love Dad Year 2” was organized with the underlying concept of “I love my father but I don’t dare to tell,” providing gamers with the opportunity to express their love for their fathers through various activities. These activities included signing an electronic blessing book, participating in a picture contest showcasing the depth of paternal affection within different games, composing messages to convey love to their fathers, creating Love Dad E-cards for gifting, and acquiring yellow items to outfit their in-game characters. This year’s campaign featured the participation of 7 renowned games from Asiasoft’s portfolio: Ragnarok Online, TS Online, MapleStory, Yulgang, Audition, Granado Espada, and Cabal Online. The campaign spanned from November 15 to December 31, 2007, generating a contribution of Baht 7,330,972.
The accumulated income was directed towards foundations and projects under the Royal Patronage of His Majesty the King, including the Chaipattana Foundation, Anandamahidol Foundation, Rajaprachanukroh Foundation, Phra Dabos Foundation, Distance Learning Foundation under the Royal Patronage, as well as schools enjoying His Majesty the King’s patronage.
