• Study, learning and understand the Product in your hands.
• Plan, manage and execute plan to achieve monthly quarter and years goals including track, analyze and report on performance data to drive continuous improvement, optimization, and innovation.
• Initiate new tactics and implement to improve Product Cycles.
• Monitor and optimize Product strategy to maximize product value.
• Leading campaign direction and developing a strategic plan for the products with strong creative and appeal to users.
• Design, test, and optimize in-game monetization strategies and virtual economies to improve revenue performance while maintaining a positive player experience.
• Responsible for performance review presentation to management.
• Perform competitive analysis and stay current with market trends in the gaming industry.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Economics, marketing) or equivalent professional experience.
• Able to work in fast paced environment.
• Be willing to change and accept challenges.
• A deep, genuine passion for video games and a strong understanding of game mechanics, loops, and systems.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate a vision and influence cross-functional teams.
• Good command of both written and spoken English required.
