Jobs Descriptions
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Delivery: Own the full project lifecycle — define scope, build and maintain delivery plans and timelines, and drive each publishing project from kickoff to live with clear milestones and accountability.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Serve as the primary point of alignment across Regional Business, BD, Tech, and Marketing teams as well as external partners, ensuring shared understanding of scope, priorities, and dependencies.
- Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues; maintain a live risk register and drive timely resolution before delivery is affected.
- Launch Readiness Ownership: Own the launch readiness process end-to-end, coordinating all functional sign-off (product, tech, marketing, store, and payment) to ensure every title meets go-live criteria.
- SDK & MMP Oversight: Ensure attribution, analytics, and SDK implementations are properly planned, tracked, validated, and aligned with business and reporting requirements across all titles. Store Publishing Oversight: Ensure compliance with platform requirements, submission timelines, asset readiness, and launch approvals across the Apple App Store, Google Play, and other publishing platforms.
- Management Reporting & Escalation: Provide clear, regular status reporting to leadership; escalate blockers and decisions with the right context and recommended actions.
- Process Improvement: Continuously refine project management practices, templates, and tooling to build scalable, repeatable delivery processes across the regional portfolio.
