บริษัท แอสเฟียร์ อินโนเวชั่นส์ จำกัด (มหาชน)
ก่อตั้งในประเทศไทยเมื่อวันที่ 20 กันยายน 2544 และจดทะเบียนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย ณ วันที่ 17 พฤษภาคม 2550 ในชื่อ บริษัท เอเชียซอฟท์ คอร์ปอเรชั่น จำกัด (มหาชน) โดยเริ่มด้วยการดำเนินธุรกิจให้บริการเกมออนไลน์ในภูมิภาคเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ ปัจจุบัน บริษัท แอสเฟียร์ อินโนเวชั่นส์ จำกัด (มหาชน) มีการปรับยุทธศาสตร์ทางธุรกิจขยายสู่การเป็นบริษัทด้านดิจิทัลเทคโนโลยี โดยแบ่งโครงสร้างทางธุรกิจออกเป็น 4 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ กลุ่มธุรกิจเกมออนไลน์, กลุ่มธุรกิจ Blockchain and Innovation Technologies, กลุ่มธุรกิจ Marketing Technologies และกลุ่มธุรกิจเงินร่วมลงทุน
