DATE : October 4, 2008

“Gamers Love Dad Year 3” was conceived around the theme “Together to Love the Father,” aiming to provide a platform for both gamers and the general populace to express loyalty to the King. This event served as a collective space for gamers to unite and convey their affection for their fathers through a range of activities. These included sharing joyful images with their dads, sending messages expressing love, crafting Love Dad E-cards, participating in contests that showcased the depth of paternal affection within various games, and equipping characters with yellow items across 11 games: Ragnarok Online, MapleStory, Yulgang, Audition, Granado Espada, Cabal Online, Freestyle, Sudden Attack, and Ghost Online from Asiasoft, as well as Three Kingdoms Online and HY Online from Funbox Company Limited. The campaign garnered contributions through multiple channels, encompassing @Cash card transactions, account transfers, donations via collection boxes at dealers, and even rare item auctions. This campaign took place from December 1, 2008, to January 31, 2009, yielding a contributed income of Baht 6,671,427.

The beneficiaries of these contributions included the Chaipattana Foundation, Anandamahidol Foundation, Rajaprachanukroh Foundation, Phra Dabos Foundation, Distance Learning Foundation under the Royal Patronage, and the Thai Junior Thai Encyclopedia Foundation. Additionally, contributions were made to foundations devoted to youth welfare, such as the Foundation for Children and Youth, the Foundation for the Better Life of Children, the Thairath Foundation, the Bangkok Post Foundation, and the Thansettakij Foundation.
