15 May 2026 – Asphere Innovations Public Company Limited (AS) announced its operating results for the first quarter of 2026, reporting total revenue of THB 297.9 million and net profit of THB 28.4 million, demonstrating resilient profitability and continued operational discipline amid a challenging economic environment.
While total revenue moderated by 15.7% QoQ following the traditionally stronger year-end season and the successful launch of a new mobile game in Q4/2025, the Company maintained solid earnings momentum.
Net profit increased by 0.8% QoQ, supported by effective cost optimization and disciplined expense management, particularly through more efficient marketing spending and ongoing operational controls.
The Company’s core game portfolio continued to show stability, with player engagement remaining resilient across key titles. Although broader economic conditions led to more cautious consumer spending, AS successfully maintained a stable player base while continuing to strengthen its operational efficiency. In addition, the PlayPark Services business continues to work closely with regional partners on upcoming game launch plans.
On a year-on-year basis, total revenue grew strongly by 22.7% YoY, driven by healthy expansion across both PC and mobile game segments, reflecting the Company’s continued ability to capture growth opportunities in the gaming market. Reported net profit decreased by 27.8% YoY due to a one-time gain from the disposal of investment in a subsidiary amounting to THB 12.6 million recorded in Q1/2025. Excluding this special item, normalized net profit for Q1/2026 increased by 6.4% YoY, underscoring the strength of the Company’s core operations.
Looking ahead, the Company remains focused on strengthening its core game portfolio while preparing for new regional product launches. In Q2/2026, AS plans to introduce a major content update for Yulgang PC, representing the game’s largest update in the past five years, aimed at attracting new players and enhancing long-term player engagement. At the same time, the Company is preparing for the launch of three new mobile games across Southeast Asia in the second half of 2026 to support future business growth opportunities.
