Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Brand Manager to develop channel strategy and content pillars for marketing communications for both owned community channels and customer relationship channels
  • Set-up KPIs that are inline with product life cycle to monitor effectiveness of owned media and CRM channels
  • Create centralized content plan and customer support SOP tailored to the Southeast Asian market through our owned channels (Facebook, Tiktok, Discord, Website, etc)
  • Lead and manage regional community and customer support teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Collaborate with local country teams to ensure the execution of community engagement and support strategies.
  • Monitor and moderate community forums, social media channels, and other platforms to ensure a positive and safe environment for players.
  • Escalate high-priority issues, ensuring timely and professional resolution.
  • Analyze, and report on community feedback and track KPI metrics with action plan
  • Organize and oversee regional community events, livestreams, and other engagement activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align community and support efforts with overall company goals and regional market dynamics.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, leveraging insights to continuously improve our approach.

Qualifications

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in community management with a minimum of 3-5 years in a managerial role within the gaming industry.
  • Basic understanding of the Southeast Asian market and cultural nuances.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Deep knowledge of online gaming communities and social media platforms.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a regional team.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of the industry is a plus
