Job Overview
We are looking for a Regional Branding Executive to support and grow our brand presence. In this role, you will guide local marketing teams on brand direction, ensure consistent execution across markets, and manage key regional branding initiatives such as cross-country campaigns and major event activations.
You will also act as a bridge with our centralized/global brand team, working closely to localize and adapt regional assets, ensuring timely and consistent rollout across markets.

Key Responsibilities
Regional Campaigns & Brand Projects
- Plan, manage, and execute regional-level branding campaigns and activations (e.g. regional launches, esports/partnership tie-ins, cross-country promotions).
- Ensure smooth rollout of regional activities with local teams, including asset delivery, localization, campaigns alignment and timelines.
- Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all regional markets.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance at the regional level.
Work with Centralized Team
- Coordinate with Creative team and distribute campaign assets for regional use.
- Provide feedback to local teams to ensure assets fit regional culture, player preferences, and market needs.
- Manage timelines and workflows for regional asset delivery to local teams.
Local Team Alignment & Direction
- Provide branding guidelines, toolkits, and campaign briefs to local marketing teams.
- Review local executions to ensure compliance with brand standards.
- Support local markets with creative adaptations and best practices.
Brand Performance & Insights
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for stronger positioning.
- Consolidate brand performance data across local markets and prepare regional reports.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Community, Product, and Creative teams to deliver cohesive brand experiences.
- Support sponsorships, collaborations, and events at the regional scale.
- Ensure brand consistency across offline and online activations.
Qualifications
Qualification & Skills
Experience: 2 years in brand management, marketing, or publishing within gaming, entertainment, or consumer brands.
Regional Mindset: Experience working across multiple markets; strong ability to adapt global strategies for regional/local relevance.
Brand Knowledge: Deep understanding of branding principles, campaign management, and consumer engagement.
Communication: Excellent English (written & verbal)
Project Management: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multi-market campaigns.
Passion for Gaming: Familiar with gaming culture, esports, and industry trends in SEA
Nice-to-Have
Experience in esports marketing, co-branding, or IP partnerships.
Background in digital-first campaign planning.
Skills in analytics, creative briefing, or asset management.
