Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor system and game service status to ensure everything runs smoothly

  • Respond to alerts and incidents, and escalate when needed

  • Perform basic troubleshooting for system and network issues

  • Support live game operations and help resolve real-time problems

  • Handle daily operational tasks such as:

    • System health checks

    • Basic maintenance and updates

    • Backup and service verification

  • Get hands-on experience with:

    • Physical servers and data center environment

    • Virtual machines (e.g. checking VM status, basic operations)

    • Storage systems (basic monitoring)

    • Network systems (basic connectivity checks)

  • Assist in basic infrastructure work (with guidance):

    • Server setup, racking, and cabling

    • Hardware checking (basic level)

  • Work closely with engineers, developers, and vendors to resolve issues

  • Maintain simple documentation and shift handover notes

  • Work in rotating shifts (day/night)

Qualifications

Who We’re Looking For

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience in IT / Infrastructure / NOC

  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or related fields

  • Basic understanding of:

    • Linux or Windows systems

    • Networking fundamentals (e.g. IP, connectivity)

  • Strong willingness to learn and grow in infrastructure and operations

  • Good problem-solving mindset and able to stay calm under pressure

  • Team player with good communication skills

  • Comfortable working in shift rotation (24/7)


Nice to Have

(Not required — we’re happy to teach you)

  • Internship or coursework in system / network / IT support

  • Basic knowledge of VMware or virtualization

  • Familiarity with monitoring tools

  • Interest in online services or gaming platforms
