Job Responsibilities:

1. Project Management
   • Plan, design, and manage IT, Game Platform, Payment Gateway, Infrastructure, and Digital Solution projects end-to-end.
   • Develop project plans, timelines, allocate resources, and track progress to ensure on-time delivery.
   • Facilitate Solution Design, CAB, and Steering processes to align with company standards and policies.
2. Stakeholder Management
   • Coordinate across Business Units, Game Operations, Regional Offices, Vendors/Partner, and Internal IT teams.
   • Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues to management and key stakeholders.
3. Risk & Quality Control
   • Identify and assess risks, develop mitigation plans, and execute issue resolution strategies.
   • Ensure projects pass UAT, IT Security Testing, and Performance Testing before Go-Live.
4. Vendor & Outsourcing Management
   • Manage contracts, negotiations, and collaboration with vendors, outsourcing teams, and external partners.
   • Monitor deliverables and enforce SLA compliance to maintain quality standards.
5. Process & Documentation
   • Prepare and maintain project documentation: Requirements, Technical Specifications, Test Results, and Project Closure Reports.
   • Enhance project management standards (SOP/PMO Guidelines) to continuously improve delivery practices.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, MIS, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Project Management, Digital Platforms, or Game/Payment Solutions.
• Experience in gaming, digital content, fintech, or e-commerce industries is highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Understanding of Game Service Platforms, SDKs, Mobile Application, API Integration, Databases.
• Proficient with tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Confluence, Teams, Trello.
• Good command of English (spoken and written) for regional and international collaboration.
