The IT Innovation Specialist is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and implementing innovative technologies that improve business operations, enhance productivity, and drive digital transformation. This role works closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to research emerging technologies, develop Proof of Concepts (POCs), and deliver innovative solutions that create measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technology Innovation

Research and evaluate emerging technologies, including AI, automation, and digital solutions, that align with the organization and IT strategy.

Identify opportunities to improve business processes through technology.

Build and manage Proof of Concepts (POCs) and pilot projects.

Develop and maintain the IT Innovation Roadmap aligned with company objectives.

2. AI & Automation

Identify and develop AI and automation use cases across the organization.

Evaluate AI solutions and recommend the most suitable technologies.

3. Innovation Project Management

Lead innovation initiatives from idea generation through implementation.

Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.

Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and deliverables.

4. Process Improvement

Analyze existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities.

Design automation solutions to reduce manual work and increase operational efficiency.

Support digital transformation initiatives across departments.

5. Research & Vendor Management

Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies.

Evaluate technology vendors, products, and solutions.

Conduct technology benchmarking and prepare recommendation reports.

6. Innovation Culture

Promote a culture of innovation within the organization.

Organize workshops, knowledge-sharing sessions, and innovation activities.

Provide guidance and training on new technologies and AI tools.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
3–7 years of experience in IT, Digital Transformation, Innovation, or Technology Consulting.
Experience with AI, Automation, or Digital Transformation projects is preferred.
Experience in Proof of Concept (POC) development and technology evaluation is an advantage.
Knowledge of or experience in online gaming, game publishing, gaming platforms, or game technologies is a plus.
Good command of spoken and written English and Thai.
