Jobs Descriptions
• Dual-Track Business Management:
o Core Pillar: Maintain and optimize the performance of the established Thai PC-based business.
o Growth Pillar: Lead the local execution of new regional products and pioneer the "Thailand-first" launch strategy as a key business driver.
• Regional Collaboration: Act as the primary local partner for the Regional Business and Business Development teams. You will align local market needs with regional product roadmaps to ensure seamless product integration.
• Cross-Functional Synergy: Work hand-in-hand with Regional UA Marketing and Tech teams to ensure localized campaigns are data-driven, technically sound, and optimized for the Thai audience.
• Commercial Leadership & P&L: Take full ownership of the Thailand P&L. Shift the focus from simple cost-saving to aggressive revenue growth and market expansion through new regional product streams.
• Strategic Transformation: Drive the cultural and operational change required to transition the team from a local-only mindset to a regional-integrated powerhouse.
• Cultural Ambassadorship: Represent Playpark Thailand within the regional ecosystem, ensuring Thailand’s voice is heard while maintaining alignment with the company’s broader SEA goals.
Qualifications
• Professional Background: 5+ years of leadership in Internet, App, or Tech-driven industries.
o Proven experience navigating matrix organizations or working closely with regional/HQ teams.
• Management Excellence: 2+ years of General Management with P&L ownership.
o Experience managing both "legacy/core" products and "new/launch" phases simultaneously.
• Core Competencies:
o Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to collaborate across borders with Regional Business, BD, Tech, and Marketing specialists.
o Commercial Grit: A "very commercial mind" focused on revenue and creative business development.
o Agile Learner: Capable of quickly grasping the nuances of the game industry and regional product flows with minimal supervision.
o Analytical Execution: Ability to turn regional data and UA metrics into localized winning strategies.
• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in STEM, or Business.
o Master’s Degree (MBA) preferred.
• Communication: Native-level Thai and business-level English essential for regional coordination).
