Playpark is seeking a Regional Marketing Specialist (Vietnam Focus) to join our Regional Marketing Team.
This role will contribute to multi-market strategies across Southeast Asia, with a primary responsibility of providing strong Vietnam market insights to enhance regional planning and execution.
The ideal candidate understands the Regional and especially Vietnamese gaming ecosystem deeply and can translate local trends, player behavior, and cultural nuances into actionable strategic input for the regional team.
Based in our office in Ho Chi Minh City, you will be the bridge between regional strategy and local execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Regional Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Plan and execute regional-level branding and community campaigns (e.g., regional launches, tournaments, social campaigns, cross-country promotions).
- Ensure smooth rollout across markets by aligning timelines, localization needs, and execution standards with local teams.
- Track, analyze, and report on regional campaign performance, providing data-driven optimization recommendations.
- Vietnam Market Insights & Local Execution Review
- Review local executions to ensure compliance with brand standards and regional objectives.
- Contribute strong Vietnam market insights, including cultural trends, player behavior, and platform dynamics, to enhance regional planning and decision-making.
- Performance & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Consolidate brand performance data across markets and prepare regional reports.
- Support management of local agencies and media partners to ensure efficient and high-quality execution.
- Collaborate with Product, Community, Digital, and Creative teams to deliver cohesive brand experiences across online and offline activations.
Qualifications
Requirements
- Location: Ho Chi Minh City or Bangkok (with Working Permit).
- Experience: Minimum 3-4 years in marketing, specifically within the gaming or mobile app industry in Vietnam.
- Soft Skills: Strong negotiation skills, proactive problem-solving, and a collaborative spirit.

- Proven Track Record: You have successfully launched and managed mobile games in the Vietnam market. You can point to specific campaigns that moved the needle.
- Vietnam Market Expert: You understand the local nuances—from the latest memes, KOLs and TikTok trends to the specific preferences of PC-to-mobile gamers in VN.
- Data-Driven Mindset: You don’t just "feel" a campaign is working; you use analytics to prove it. Experience with performance marketing tools and attribution modeling is a huge plus.
- Bilingual Communication: You possess business-level English proficiency, enabling you to present local insights clearly to regional stakeholders.
- Adaptability: You thrive in the fast-paced environment of mobile gaming and are comfortable managing both online digital spend and offline grassroots events.
