Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Game Database Administration
• Gather and analyze system requirements, and propose alternative solutions to support online business needs
• Support development teams in SQL tuning, database design, and data access optimization
• Recommend suitable database solutions, conduct impact analysis, and ensure system compatibility and integration with related systems
• Coordinate with development teams and users to resolve issues and ensure the success of authentication and game database systems
• Perform database maintenance, monitoring, and support
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex database issues, including production incidents
• Collaborating with IT Project Managers, Software Engineers, QA, and Infrastructure teams

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, computer engineering, or related fields
• 1–2 years of experience in database management and administration
• Good knowledge of SQL and database concepts
• Experience with MS SQL Server, MySQL, and other RDBMS
• Experience in database installation, configuration, and re-installation
• Knowledge of database troubleshooting, clustering, and replication
• Understanding of backup, recovery, fault management, and data management processes
• MCDBA certification is a plus
• Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies quickly
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Experience or understanding in gaming, digital content, payment or e-commerce industries is highly preferred.
• Strong teamwork and open communication.
• Good command of English (spoken and written) is a plus
