The strong performance was driven by the continued stability of revenue from its core classic games in major markets, the launch of Granado Espada Mobile on 4 March 2025 in Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines, as well as efficient cost management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, on a year-on-year basis, both revenue and net profit declined by 30.9% and 48.9%, respectively. This was due to a decrease in the number of active game titles. This new structure enhances cross-country agility, reduces operational redundancy, and improves resource efficiency across Southeast Asia. In addition, the company is preparing to launch its next major title, MU Monarch 2, a cross-platform game available on both mobile and PC, scheduled for release in Q3 this year. The title is considered a key focus due to its strong monetization potential and established fan base.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Furthermore, the company has expanded into high-potential technology sectors by investing in Greenmoons Co., Ltd., an education technology platform developer, acquiring 16.9% of its registered capital. This move aligns with Asphere\u2019s strategic direction to diversify its portfolio and capture growth opportunities in emerging digital industries.
